Το τελωνείο Αλαμάνας ενημερώνει την Επιτροπή Οικονομίας ότι ο Βασίλης Καρατζόγλους δεν είχε να καταβάλει όλο το ποσό του λογοριασμού του παρά μόνο 1000 φοίνικες και ρωτά αν έχει το δικαίωμα να επικυρώσει το λογαριασμό, επισημαίνοντας ότι αυτό θα δημιουργήσει πρόβλημα στον ισολογισμό.
