Ξύλινη μαγνητική τηλεφωνική συσκευή τοίχου. Στο κέντρο μπρούτζινος μεταδότης με μαύρη μεταλλική απόληξη. Στο κάτω μέρος, ένα κουδούνι σε χρώμα νίκελ (ασημί). Αριστερά, μπρούτζινο άγκιστρο, στο οποίο στηρίζεται ο δέκτης, μεταλλικό νίκελ μικρόφωνο ομιλίας με μαύρο επιστόμιο σε ξύλινο ακουστικό, το οποίο συνδέεται με τη συσκευή με κρεμ καλώδιο με υφασμάτινη επίστρωση.
