Σύμφωνα με το τηλεγράφημα ο πρωθυπουργός τόνισε ότι πρώτιστο έργο της κυβέρνησης είναι η τήρηση της απόλυτης τάξης.και βασίζεται γι αυτό στη φιλοπατρία των Ελλήνων. Τέλος, τηλεγραφήματα προς υπουργείο Στρατιωτικών αναφέρουν ότι ολοκληρώθηκε η επιβίβαση του στρατού Μικράς Ασίας.

A 3 page telegram whereby the prefect shares the press release. The telegram informs us about the formation of a new government under prime minister Triantafyllakos. Afterwards, the list of new ministers is announced; Kalogeropoulos, Military and Maritime affairs minister; Bousios, Foreign affairs;Matsas, Interior affairs and nutrition; Giannopoulos, Transport; Eftaxias, Justice and Healthcare; Skoufos, Financial affairs and Treasury. According to the telegram, the prime minister emphasised the absolute maintenance of order and that he counts on the patriotism of the Greeks for that to happen. At last, the telegrams to the Ministry of Military Affairs announce that the disembarkment of the Asia Minor Army has been completed.
