Τηλεγράφημα από τη Θεσσαλονίκη στον Πειραιά με το πολλαπλό σύστημα Baudot, το οποίο εγκαταστάθηκε στη γραμμή Αθήνας-Θεσσαλονίκης το 1922. Ο Γάλλος Baudot επινόησε την πολυπλεξία 2-9 γραμμών στο ίδιο κύκλωμα και το πεντάπληκτρο πληκτρολόγιο σε αντιστοιχία με τα πέντε δάκτυλα του ανθρώπου. Το πολλαπλό σύστημα Baudot εγκαταστάθηκε στη γραμμή Αθήνας-Θεσσαλονίκης το 1922 και είχε ταχύτητα μεταβίβασης μέχρι 360 γράμματα το λεπτό.

Telegram from Thessaloniki to Piraeus typed according to the multiple Baudot system which was installed in the Athens-Thessaloniki line in 1922. The French Baudot invented the multiplexing of 2-9 lines in the same circuit and the keyboard with 5 keys in line with a person's five fingers. Baudot's multiple system was installed in the Athens-Thessaloniki line in 1922 and had a transmission data rate of up to 360 letters per minute. .
