Στη συνέχεια γίνεται λόγος για την άφιξη του τούρκου υπουργού Εξωτερικών Σαρατζόγλου στην Αθήνα και στη διακήρυξη μόνιμης ελληνοτουρκικής φιλίας. Τέλος, γίνεται αναφορά στην κατάθεση στεφάνου από τον τούρκο υπουργό Εξωτερικών στο μνημείο του Άγνωστου Στρατιώτη. (EL)
Telegram written in French, using the press as a source, mentions the return of President Metaxas from Bucharest and the signing of a treaty for the respect of the boarders of the Balkan countries. Later there was discussion about the arrival of the Turkish Foreign Minister, Saratzoglou in Athens and the announcement of the permanent Greco-Turkish friendship. Finally, there is reference to the Turkish Foreign Minister, laying a wreath at the monument of the Unknown Soldier. (EN)
