Poros island lighthouse

Φωτοβολία 10 μίλια και εστιακό ύψος 32 μέτρα. Πύργος λιθόκτιστος τετράγωνος ύψους 9 μέτρων στη μέση της δυτικής πλευράς της κατοικίας των φαροφυλάκων. Βρίσκεται στο ομώνυμο ακρωτήριο, αριστερά εισπλέοντας προς τον Πόρο. Καταστράφηκε το 1941 από τους Γερμανούς και επαναλειτούργησε το 1948. Το 2010 ο φάρος αποκαταστάθηκε πλήρως με μέριμνα και αποκλειστική δαπάνη του Ιδρύματος Αικατερίνης Λασκαρίδη. Σήμερα οι ανάγκες φωτισμού του συγκεκριμένου σημείου εξυπηρετούνται από αυτόματο φανάρι.

Beam 10 miles and focal height 32 meters. A 9-meter-high square stone tower in the middle of the west side of the lighthouse keeper's residence. It is located on the cape of the same name, on the left entering Poros. It was destroyed in 1941 by the Germans and reopened in 1948. In 2010 the lighthouse was fully restored with the care and exclusive expense of the Aikaterini Laskaridis Foundation. Today, the lighting needs of this particular point are served by an automatic lantern.
