Φωτοβολία 27 μίλια και εστιακό ύψος 138 μέτρα. Πύργος κυλινδρικός ύψους 9 μέτρων στη μέση της κατοικίας των φαροφυλάκων. Βρίσκεται στη ΒΑ άκρη της νησίδας Πολύαιγος, στο ακρωτήρι Μάσκουλα. Η Πολύαιγος είναι το μεγαλύτερο ακατοίκητο νησί των Κυκλάδων, το οποίο αποτελεί σημαντικό βιότοπο ενταγμένο στο δίκτυο Natura. Το φωτιστικό του φάρου το 1941 καταστράφηκε από τους Γερμανούς και επαναλειτούργησε το 1945.

Beam 27 miles and focal height 138 meters. Cylindrical tower 9 meters high in the middle of the lighthouse keeper's residence. It is located on the NE tip of the islet of Polyaigos, at Cape Maskula. Polyaigos is the largest uninhabited island of the Cyclades, which is an important habitat included in the Natura network. The lighthouse's light was destroyed by the Germans in 1941 and reopened in 1945.
