Γυναικείο υπόδημα της παραδοσιακής ενδυμασίας των Μεταξάδων Θράκης, γνωστό ως «παπαλάκι», σε μπλε χρώμα. Αποτελείται από τρία φύλλα υφάσματος, τα δύο της πατούσας και το ένα του κυρίως σώματος που περιβάλλει το πόδι. Το άνοιγμα είναι ολόγυρα διακοσμημένο με κυματιστές γραμμές σε ροζ και άσπρο χρώμα, καθώς και από κλωστές σε πράσινο και κόκκινο χρώμα. Το ίδιο μοτίβο υπάρχει και στο τμήμα κοντά στον πάτο. Όλο το σώμα διακοσμείται με επίρραπτες πούλιες.

Women’s blue footwear known as papalaki, part of the traditional costume of Metaxades, Thrace. It consists of three panels of fabric, the two panels of the sole and the main one that surrounds the foot. The opening is decorated all around with wavy pink and white lines, as well as green and red threads. The same motif is also on the section close to the sole. The entire surface is decorated with appliqued sequins.
