Description

Βράκα παραδοσιακής γυναικείας φορεσιάς από την Καππαδοκία. Το πάνω μέρος είναι λευκό, ενώ τα μπατζάκια φέρουν ενυφασμένο καρό μοτίβο σε άσπρο, γκρι και πορτοκαλί χρώμα. Στα πλαϊνά, στο ύψος των μηρών, φέρει χρυσό γαλόνι. Στη μέση και το ύψος των αστραγάλων φέρει λάστιχο για να στερεώνεται πάνω στο σώμα και τα πόδια. (EL)

Vraka of the women’s traditional costume of Cappadocia. The upper part is white, while the legs are embellished with a woven white, grey and orange plaid pattern. On the sides, at the thighs, it is embellished with gold galloon trim. At the waist and ankles, there are elastic bands to secure the trousers on the body and legs. (EN)
