Ζευγάρι βαμβακερές κάλτσες παραδοσιακής γυναικείας φορεσιάς από τους Μεταξάδες της Θράκης. Έχουν λευκό χρώμα και πάνω από τον αστράγαλο έχει κεντηθεί γεωμετρικό μοτίβο με οριζόντιες και τεθλασμένες γραμμές, σε κόκκινο, ροζ και γαλάζιο χρώμα. Ανάμεσα στις κορυφές των τεθλασμένων γραμμών έχουν προστεθεί κυκλικά διακοσμητικά στοιχεία, σε κίτρινο και πράσινο χρώμα. (EL)
Pair of cotton socks of the women’s traditional costume of Metaxades, Thrace. They are white and have a geometric motif with horizontal and broken lines in red, pink and azure embroidered above the ankle. Circular yellow and green decorative elements have been added between the tops of the broken lines. (EN)
