Μετάλλιο ελληνοτουρκικού πολέμου 1912-13 με εφθαρμένη ταινία, απενεμήθη στον Αμπατζή Σωτήριο. Το μετάλλιο αποτελείται από συμπαγή εστεμμένο ορειχάλκινο δίσκο. Στην πρόσθια όψη φέρει ελαφρώς έκτυπο ισοσκελή σταυρό, πάνω σε διασταυρωμένα ξίφη, με στέμμα στο κέντρο. Στις κατακόρυφες κεραίες του υπάρχουν ανάγλυφα μονογράμματα των Βασιλέων Γεωργίου Α' και Κωνσταντίνου Α'. Γύρω υπάρχει κυκλοτερή επιγραφή «ΣΥΝ ΘΕΩ. ΥΠΕΡ ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΚΑΙ ΠΑΤΡΙΔΟΣ 1912-1913» με βυζαντινότροπη γραφή. Η οπίσθια όψη φέρει την τρίστιχη επιγραφή «ΜΑΚΕΔΟΝΙΑ - ΗΠΕΙΡΟΣ - ΑΡΧΙΠΕΛΑΓΟΣ» και περιμετρικά δαφνικό στεφάνι. Η ταινία είναι από μεταξωτό γκρο σε θαλασσί χρώμα με κόκκινη γραμμή στο μέσον και λευκές σειρίδες στις πλευρές.

1912-13 Greco-Turkish War medal with worn ribbon, awarded to Abatzis Sotirios. The medal consists of a solid crowned brass disc. On the front it bears a lightly embossed square cross, in crossed swords, with a crown in the centre. On the vertical arms of the cross there are embossed monograms of Kings George I and Constantine I. Around it there is the circular inscription “WITH GOD. FOR KING AND COUNTRY 1912-1913” in Byzantine script. The reverse bears the three-line inscription “MACEDONIA - EPIRUS - ACHIPELAGO” and a laurel wreath around the perimeter. The ribbon is made of light blue silk with a red line in the middle and white stripes on the sides.
