Η αναθηματική πλάκα της Μάντρας Μπλόκου Κοκκινιάς βρίσκεται πάνω στον εξωτερικό πέτρινο τοίχο του περιβάλλοντος χώρου, επί της οδού Κιλικίας, στη συμβολή των οδών Κιλικίας και Θείρων. Στο σημείο αυτό γίνεται από τον Δήμο Νίκαιας-Αγ.Ι.Ρέντη, στις 17 Αυγούστου κάθε χρόνου, η ετήσια επετειακή εκδήλωση του Μπλόκου. Η αναθηματική πλάκα γράφει τα εξής: «Εδώ, στις 17 Αυγούστου 1944, οι Γερμανοί κατακτητές εξετέλεσαν Έλληνες πατριώτες». Μετά το πραξικόπημα της 21ης Απριλίου, τη διοργάνωση της τελετής, που απέκτησε πλέον αντικομμουνιστικό χαρακτήρα, ανέλαβε η Στρατιωτική Διοίκηση Πειραιώς. Τον Αύγουστο του 1967, στην επίσημη ομιλία, αποσιωπήθηκε η συμμετοχή των Ταγμάτων Ασφαλείας, ενώ στις 17 Αυγούστου 1968, έγιναν τα αποκαλυπτήρια μιας νέας αναμνηστικής πλάκας η οποία διαστρεβλώνοντας τα γεγονότα, έγραφε: «Προδόται και μασκοφόροι κομμουνισταί εαμίται ελασίται παρέδωσαν εις τους βαρβάρους κατακτητάς την 17ην Αυγούστου 1944 αγνούς πατριώτας αγωνιστάς της Εθνικής Αντιστάσεως τέκνα ηρωικά της Νικαίας οι οποίοι και εξετελέσθησαν εις τον χώρον τούτον». Στην ομιλία του, τον ίδιο μήνα, ο διορισμένος από το δικτατορικό καθεστώς δήμαρχος Νίκαιας Νικόλαος Πλυτζανόπουλος, ανιψιός του διοικητή των Ταγμάτων Ασφαλείας επί Κατοχής Ιωάννη Πλυτζανόπουλου, επανέλαβε το ίδιο επιχείρημα, χαρακτηρίζοντας τους δράστες ως «μασκοφόρους προδότας κομμουνιστάς» και τα θύματα ως «αθώους εθνικόφρονας πολίτας της Νικαίας». Η επιγραφή αφαιρέθηκε μετά την πτώση της δικτατορίας και αντικαταστάθηκε με αυτή που υπάρχει σήμερα. - Στο σημείο γίνονται καταθέσεις στεφάνων για τους εκτελεσμένους του Μπλόκου, και τελείται τρισάγιο στις 17/8 κάθε χρόνου

The votive plaque of the Kokkinia Block Mantra is located on the outer stone wall of the surrounding area, on Cilicias Street, at the junction of Cilicias and Thera Streets. At this point, the Municipality of Nikaia-Ag.I.Renti takes place, on August 17 of each year, the annual anniversary event of the Block. The dedicatory plaque reads as follows: "Here, on August 17, 1944, the German occupiers executed Greek patriots." After the coup d'état of April 21, the organization of the ceremony, which now acquired an anti-communist character, was undertaken by the Piraeus Military Administration. In August 1967, in the official speech, the participation of the Security Battalions was silenced, while on August 17, 1968, a new commemorative plaque was unveiled which, distorting the facts, read: "Betrayed and masked communists eamitay elasitai handed over to the barbarians conquering on August 17, 1944 pure patriotic fighters of the National Resistance, heroic children of Nicaea, who were executed in this area". In his speech that same month, the dictatorial regime-appointed mayor of Nikaia, Nikolaos Plytzanopoulos, nephew of the commander of the Security Battalions during the occupation, Ioannis Plytzanopoulos, repeated the same argument, describing the perpetrators as "masked traitorous communists" and the victims as "innocent nationalist citizens of Nicaea". The inscription was removed after the fall of the dictatorship and replaced with the one that exists today. - Wreaths are laid at the site for the executed of the Block, and a trisagion is held on the 17/8 of each year
