ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Κτίσμα παραδοσιακής μορφολογίας κτισμένο με τσιμεντόλιθους. Σε τμήμα του σώζεται η αρχική στέγη από πατελιά, ενώ στο υπόλοιπο κτίσμα η πατελιά έχει αντικατασταθεί από πλάκα οπλισμένου σκυροδέματος.
Υπάρχουν αρκετές φθορές στο εξωτερικό επίχρισμα καθώς και εμφανείς προηγούμενες προσπάθειες επιδιόρθωσης του.
Εσωτερικά, τμήμα της τοιχοποιίας έχει πεταχτό μόνο σοβά.
Η πλάκα της στέγης έχει απολέσει το επίχρισμά της σε σημαντικό βαθμό και ο οπλισμός της έχει διαβρωθεί. Η στέγη με την πατελιά είναι υποστυλωμένη και κάποια από τα δοκάρια της έχουν αντικατασταθεί.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- Building of traditional morphology built with concrete blocks. Part of the building still has the original hipped roof, while in the rest of the building the hipped roof has been replaced by a reinforced concrete slab.
There are several deteriorations to the exterior render and there are obvious prior attempts of repairing it.
Internally, part of the masonry has only rendered plaster.
The roof slab has lost its coating to a significant degree and its reinforcement has corroded. The hipped roof is shingled and some of its beams have been replaced.
