ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Πρόκειται για κτίριο με φέροντα οργανισμό από οπλισμένο σκυρόδεμα και οργανισμό πλήρωσης πέτρα. Η στέγη είναι πλάκα από οπλισμένο σκυρόδεμα.
Πρόσβαση σε μικρό τμήμα του κτιρίου αποκάλυψε τοπικές φθορές από την υγρασία στην επικάλυψη της πλάκας και των δοκών αποκαλύπτοντας οπλισμό με εμφανή φθορά από την σκουριά.
Εξωτερικά το κτίριο διατηρεί το επίχρισμά του στο σύνολο σχεδόν της τοιχοποιίας.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- This is a building with a reinforced concrete load-bearing structure and a stone infill structure. The roof is a reinforced concrete slab.
Access to a small part of the building revealed localised humidity wear to the slab and beams revealing reinforcement with visible rust damage.
Externally the building retains its coating on a large part of the masonry.
