ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Πρόκειται για το πρώτο βυρσοδεψείο στην περιοχή Κόβα και το οποίο κατασκευάστηκε το 1870.
Το 1909 χτίζεται το κτίριο της οδού Κολοκοτρώνη 12.
Το 1944 το εργοστάσιο βομβαρδίζεται και ξανακτίζεται στην ίδια διεύθυνση το 1947. Κτίριο διώροφο, από πέτρα, με στενόμακρη κάτοψη και μικρά ορθογώνια ανοίγματα.
Το 1978 μεταφέρθηκαν οι εγκαταστάσεις στην περιοχή Λουτσιάλακο Κοσκινού και πλέον γίνεται μόνο αγορά και συντήρηση ακατέργαστων δερμάτων.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY - This is the first tannery in the Kova area and was built in 1870.
In 1909 the building at 12 Kolokotroni Street was built.
In 1944 the factory was bombed and rebuilt at the same address in 1947. A two-storey building, made of stone, with a narrow and long floor plan and small rectangular openings.
In 1978 the plant was moved to the area of Lucialako Koskinou and now only the purchase and maintenance of raw hides is carried out.
