ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Ένα από τα πιο παλιά μακαρονοποιεία στης Ρόδου. Αρχικά στεγαζόταν στη Παλιά πόλη στο σημερινό εστιατόριο 4 εποχές του Αλέξη. Τα μακαρόνια ήταν χειροποίητα και κατά τη διαδικασία του απλώματος χρησιμοποιούσαν τα βατό δώμα από το σημερινό εστιατόριο του Αλέξη έως την Καστελλανία, γεγονός που χαρακτηρίζει το συνδυασμό αρχιτεκτονικής και παράδοσης. Αργότερα μεταφέρθηκε στην οδό Μητροπόλεως όπου σήμερα βρίσκεται η κατοικία μελών της οικογενείας Τσιμέτα.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- One of the oldest pasta factories in Rhodes. Originally housed in the Old Town in the current restaurant 4 seasons of Alexis. The pasta was handmade and during the process of spreading it they used the passable roofs from the current Alexis' restaurant to Castellania, which is characteristic of the combination of architecture and tradition. It was later moved to Mitropoleos Street where today is the residence of members of the Tsimetas family.
