ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Το τυροκομείο αποτελείται από ένα μεγάλο δίχωρο κτίσμα, στο οποίο είναι προσαρτημένο ένα μικρότερο κτίσμα μικρότερων διαστάσεων για το άρμεγμα των ζώων. Στον πρώτο χώρο του μεγάλου κτίσματος υπάρχουν δύο μεγάλα καζάνια, ενώ στον δεύτερο χώρο γίνεται η αποθήκευση των τυριών. Υπάρχει σκαρίφημα αποτύπωσης.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- The cheese factory consists of a large two-room building, to which is attached a smaller building of smaller dimensions for milking the animals. In the first area of the large building there are two large cauldrons, while in the second area the cheese is stored. There is a schematic draft.
