ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Το μοναστήρι αποτελούσε μετόχι του Αγ. Θεολόγου Πάτμου έως το 1840.Το συγκρότημα διατηρείται σε σχετικά καλή κατάσταση μετά την αντικατάσταση στέγης και αποτελείται από :
Ένα διώροφο κτίσμα ,με χρήση κατοικία για φιλοξενούμενους (οντάς) στον όροφο και αποθηκευτικούς χώρους στο ισόγειο. Υπάρχουν ενδείξεις ότι πίσω από τις αποθήκες του ισογείου υπήρχε πατητήρι το οποίο επιχώθηκε από εξωτερικές διαμορφώσεις του οικοπέδου.
Ημιδιώροφο κτίσμα με χρήση κατοικία ιερέα στον όροφο και αποθήκη στο ημιυπόγειο
Ισόγειο κτίσμα με χρήση ελαιοτριβείο, του οποίου ο εξοπλισμός σώζεται στο σύνολό του σε καλή κατάσταση.
Στη βορινή πλευρά του συγκροτήματος υπάρχει ερειπωμένος χώρος ο οποίος εικάζεται ότι υπήρξε αλευρόμυλος.
Στο ισόγειο του διώροφου κτίσματος, υπάρχουν ενδείξεις οτι πίσω από αυτόν υπήρχε πατητήρι το οποίο επιχώθηκε από εξωτερικές διαμορφώσεις του οικοπέδου.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- The monastery was a glebe of Ag. Theologos of Patmos until 1840. The complex is kept in relatively good condition after the roof was replaced and consists of:
A two-storey building, with the use of a guest house on the first floor and storage spaces on the ground floor. There are indications that behind the storerooms on the ground floor there was a winepress which was filled in by external configurations of the plot.
A mezzanine building with the use of a priest's residence on the first floor and a warehouse in the semi-basement
Ground floor building used as an olive mill, the equipment of which is preserved as a whole in good condition.
On the northern side of the complex there is a ruined area which is believed to have been a flour mill.
On the ground floor of the two-story building, there are indications that behind it there was a wine press which was filled in by the external configurations of the plot.
