ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Το ναυπηγείο του κ. Σαρούκου Μιχάλη ασχολείται με την επισκευή και συντήρηση ξύλινων και πλαστικών σκαφών. Είναι από τα πιο παλιά ναυπηγεία, και χαρακτηριστικό παράδειγμα όπου το επάγγελμα του καραβομαραγκού πέρασε από γενιά σε γενιά. Η υπάρχουσα κτιριακή εγκατάσταση αποτελείται από δύο κτίσματα ένα διώροφο και ένα ισόγειο με δίριχτη στέγη. Στο ισόγειο κτίσμα διατηρείται το πέτρινο κέλυφος του αρχικού κτιρίου, ενώ το δεύτερο κτίσμα είναι νεότερο.
Πρόσφατα έγινε προσπάθεια εκσυγχρονισμού του ναυπηγείου με νέας τεχνολογίας μηχανήματα ανέλκυσης.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- The shipyard of Mr. Saroukos Michalis deals with the repair and maintenance of wooden and plastic boats. It is one of the oldest shipyards, and a typical example where the profession of shipwright was passed down from generation to generation. The existing building facility consists of two buildings, a two-story and a ground floor with a pitched roof. The ground floor building preserves the stone shell of the original building, while the second building is newer.
Recently, an attempt was made to modernize the shipyard with new technology lifting machines.
