ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Το συγκρότημα αποτελείται από ένα δυώροφο κτίσμα το οποίο αποτελείται από την κατοικία του ιερέα και χώρους φιλοξενίας, ισόγεια κτίσματα μονόχωρα (κελιά) τα οποία ήταν κατοικίες για τις μοναχές της μονής , και το ελαιοτριβείο στο οποίο πήγαιναν οι κάτοικοι του Βαθύ αλλά και της υπόλοιπης Καλύμνου για την παραγωγή του λαδιού τους. Το συγκρότημα δεν κατοικείται πλέον και το ελαιοτριβείο έχει εγκαταλειφθεί.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- The complex consists of a two-story building which consists of the priest's residence and hospitality areas, ground-floor single-room buildings (cells) which were residences for the nuns of the monastery, and the oil press where the residents of Vathi used, as well as the rest of Kalymnos, for the production of their oil. The complex is no longer inhabited and the olive mill has been abandoned.
