ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Πρόκειται για συγκρότημα παραθεριστικής διώροφης κατοικίας που διάθετε αμπέλι και ελαιώνα. Στο ισόγειο η κατοικία είχε σοφά και πιατοθήκη. Από το σοφά, μέσω μιας ξύλινης σκάλας (καταρραχιάς) γίνονταν η επικοινωνία με τον όροφο. Εξωτερική κλίμακα ανόδου στον όροφο υπήρχε, αλλά σήμερα σώζεται μόνο η λιθόκτιστη βάση της με τους πρώτους αναβαθμούς.
Εξωτερικά, υπάρχει ισόγειο πρόσκτισμα με το πατητήρι, το φουρνοκέλλι και το αποχωρητήριο. Η αυλή διέθετε χοχλάκι και λατσία(στέρνα). Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν από οικογένεια μεταναστών και διέμενε μόνιμα στην Αίγυπτο. Εκτός από το αμπελόσπιτο, η οικογένειά της διέθετε αρχοντικό στην πλατεία της Αγ. Μαρίνας και στάβλο στη συνοικία Καθίστρα. Yπάρχει αποτυπωση.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- This is a complex of a two-storey holiday house that had a vineyard and an olive grove. On the ground floor, the residence had a sleeping place and a cupboard. From the sleeping place, through a wooden staircase (waterfall), communication with the first floor was achieved. There was an external staircase going up to the first floor, but today only its stone-built base with the first steps survives.
Externally, there is a ground floor addition with the wine press, the furnace cell and the toilet. The yard had a pebbled floor and a cistern. The owner was from an immigrant family and lived permanently in Egypt. In addition to the vineyard house, her family owned a mansion in the square of Ag. Marina and a stable in the Kathistra district. There is an imprint.
