ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Η επισκευή των καϊκιών γινόταν στο σημείο ρυμούλκησης εφόσον δεν υπήρχε οργανωμένο επισκευαστήριο στο νησί παρά μόνο στην περιοχή του Άγιου Σάββα στο Μαντράκι το οποίο δεν λειτούργησε για πολύ καιρό. Το μόνο που μαρτυράει την τότε χρήση του είναι οι χαλκάδες που βοηθούσαν τα καΐκια να βγουν στη στεριά. Το σχήμα του εδάφους που κλείνει προς τη θάλασσα βοηθάει για τη χρήση αυτή. Το μέρος σήμερα έχει μπαζωθεί.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- Boats were repaired at the towing point since there was no organized repair shop on the island except in the area of Agios Savvas in Mandraki which did not work for a long time. The only thing that testifies to its use at that time are the halkades (metal rings) that helped the boats to go ashore. The shape of the land that closes towards the sea helps for this use. The place is packed today.
