ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Διώροφο κτίσμα με τον Α’ όροφο σε εσοχή και επικάλυψη ξύλινη κεραμοσκεπή .Στο ισόγειο ήταν ελαιοτριβείο και μέχρι σήμερα διατηρούνται όλοι οι μηχανισμοί. Υπάρχει ξυλόφουρνος για την παραγωγή ψωμιού και στο βοηθητικό κτίσμα χειρόμυλος για άλεση σιτηρών. Στον α’ όροφο ήταν η κατοικία του ιδιοκτήτη, ενώ το πίσω τμήμα του ισογειου, στη συνέχεια και σε επαφή με τον χώρο παραγωγής ήταν η κουζίνα της οικογένειας. Η επικοινωνία των δύο ορόφων γινόταν και με εσωτερική ξύλινη αλλά και με εξωτερική πέτρινη σκάλα.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- Two-storey building with the first floor recessed and covered with a wooden tile roof. On the ground floor was an oil press and all the mechanisms are preserved to this day. There is a wood oven for the production of bread and in the auxiliary building a hand mill for grinding grain. On the first floor was the owner's residence, while the back part of the ground floor, next and in contact with the production area, was the family's kitchen. The two floors were connected by an internal wooden as well as an external stone staircase.
