ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Κτίριο διώροφο λιθόκτιστο με ξύλινο μεσοπάτωμα που στο ισόγειο διατηρούσε το εργαστήριο ο ιδιοκτήτης. Το υποδηματοποιείο βρίσκεται μέσα στον οικισμό των Νικειών. Έφτιαχνε παπούτσια ανδρικά, γυναικεία και παιδικά σε μικρή ποσότητα κατά παραγγελία. Έπαιρνε μέτρα με τα καλαπόδια. Τα δέρματα τα αγόραζε από εμπόρους που τα έφερναν κυρίως από τη Ρόδο. Ασχολιόταν επίσης και με την επιδιόρθωση υποδημάτων. Λειτούργησε μέχρι τη δεκαετία του ’60.
