ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Η κατοικία Σακελλαρίδη, όπως τα περισσότερα σπίτια στα Νικειά, αποτελεί ένα μικρό βιοτεχνικό εργαστήριο παραγωγής αγαθών για κατανάλωση από την οικογένεια. Σπίτι πετρόχτιστο, δίπατο με «βυστέρνα» στο υπόγειο, με κυλινδρικό στόμιο υπερυψωμένο από το δάπεδο του ισογείου, είχε τους χώρους «παραγωγής «στο ισόγειο και τους χώρους ύπνου, υποδοχής και φύλαξης αγαθών-«μαξούλια»-, στον Α’ όροφο.
Φούρνος κυρίως για το ψήσιμο του ψωμιού κάθε Σάββατο, χειρόμυλος για να αλέθουν το «πνιούρι», τη φάβα, τα ρεβίθια κ.α. τσιμνιά για το μαγείρεμα με κάρβουνα ,που συνήθως τα έφτιαχναν οι ίδιοι, και ο κτιστός «πινακοπλύτης» για τις ανάγκες πλυσίματος. Τον εξοπλισμό, συμπληρώνουν γανίτες για το λάδι, κιούπια για τα σύκα και ντουλάπια –κόγχες στον τοίχο για φύλαξη μικρής ποσότητας τροφίμων.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- The Sakellaridis residence, like most houses in Nikia, is a small industrial workshop for the production of goods for consumption by the family. A stone-built, two-story house with a "cistern" in the basement, with a cylindrical opening raised from the ground floor, it had the "production" areas on the ground floor and the sleeping, reception and storage areas - "maxoulia" -, on the first floor.
An oven mainly for baking bread every Saturday, a hand mill to grind the "pniuri", fava beans, chickpeas etc. fireplaces for cooking with charcoal, which they usually made themselves, and the built-in "dishwasher" for washing needs. The equipment is completed by pans for the oil, cups for the figs and cupboards - alcoves in the wall for storing a small amount of food.
