ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Ισόγεια λιθόκτιστη οικοδομή, δίχωρη. Στον κάθε χώρο υπάρχει τοξοστοιχία τριών τόξων από λιθοδομή, τα οπία αποτελούν μέρος του φέροντας οργανισμού του κτιρίου. Η επικάλυψη γίνεται με πέτρινες πλάκες και συμπιεσμένο χώμα. Στο δώμα υπάρχει διαμορφωμένο αλώνι. Το συνολικό εμβαδόν του κτίσματος είναι 45,97μ². Στην λιθοδομή διακρίνονται εκτός από τις τοπικές ηφαιστειακές πέτρες και οι λεγόμενες «καλουτσόπετρες» που είναι πέτρες φερμένες από το Γυαλί. Την αγροικία συμπληρώνει μία στέρνα στον περιβάλλοντα χώρο, που είναι διαμορφωμένος σε 6 «τάβλες».
