ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Συγκρότημα πέντε σπηλαδιών που συμπεριλαμβάνει υπόγειες δεξαμενές, φούρνο και αλώνι. Λιθόκτιστα ξερολιθικά ισόγεια κτίσματα το εσωτερικό των οποίων χρησιμοποιείται για την φιλοξενία των αγροτών και ολόκληρη της οικογένειας τις περιόδους που χρειαζόταν η παραμονή τους για τις γεωργικές εργασίες. Εσωτερικά υπάρχουν τόξα για την στατική ενίσχυση της κατασκευής και πάνω από τα τόξα η επικάλυψη αποτελείται από πέτρινες πλάκες ή από εγκάρσια ξύλινα δοκάρια τα κορφάδια. Στη συνέχεια ακολουθεί επίστρωση από ελαφρόπετρα, ηφαιστειακή γη με κλαδιά και κορμούς δέντρων για την μόνωση του οικοδομήματος. Ιδιαίτερο χαρακτηριστικό των σπηλαδιών αυτών είναι η κατασκευή των λαμπάδων και των γωνιών με πελεκητές πέτρες της περιοχής.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- Complex of five caves including underground tanks, furnace and threshing floor. Stone-built xerolithic one-storey buildings, the interior of which is used to accommodate the farmers and the entire family during the periods when their stay was needed for agricultural work. Internally there are arches for the static reinforcement of the construction and above the arches the covering consists of stone slabs or transverse wooden beams. Then follows a coating of pumice stone, volcanic earth with branches and tree trunks to insulate the building. A special feature of these caves is the construction of the lamps and the corners with hewn stones of the area.
