ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Διώροφο ,λιθόκτιστο εμφανούς αρμολογημένης πελεκητής λιθοδομής με κονίαμα πορσελάνη και επικάλυψη ξύλινη κεραμιδοσκεπή ,κτίριο, του οποίου το «κατώι»-ισόγειο-αποτελείται από ενιαίο ψιλοτάβανο χώρο.
Το ενοικίαζε από τον ιδιοκτήτη Κοζά ο καπετάν Φιλήμονας Λεριάς (Νταβέλης) ,καθώς είχε όλες τις απαιτούμενες προδιαγραφές για να χρησιμοποιηθεί ως αποθήκη σπόγγων
Μπροστά στο κτίριο αράζανε τα σφουγγαράδικα καϊκια για να ξεφορτώσουν.
Με το τέλος της σπογγαλιευτικής δραστηριότητας ,το κατώϊ έγινε αποθήκη ναυτιλιακού υλικού και τέλος αποθήκη οικοδομικών υλικών

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- Two-storey, stone-built with visible cemented chipped masonry with porcelain mortar and covered with a wooden tile roof, building, whose "downstairs"-ground floor-consists of a single soffit-ceiling space.
Captain Filimonas Lerias (Davelis) rented it from the owner Kozas, as it had all the required specifications to be used as a sponge warehouse
In front of the building, the sponge boats lined up to unload.
With the end of the sponging activity, the basement became a warehouse for shipping materials and finally a warehouse for building materials
