ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Πέτρινη θολοσκεπής δεξαμενή, εκτός μοναστηριακού περιβόλου στο Δυτικό άκρο της προκυμαίας χωρητικότητας 90κ.μ.Αρχικά γέμιζε με το υφάλμυρο νερό πηγαδιού ,το στόμιο του οποίου βρίσκεται στην στάθμη της προκυμαίας, στο χώρο του Ταρσανά. Η άντληση γινόταν με ζωοκίνητο μάγγανο που βρισκόταν στο επίπεδο του πυθμένα της δεξαμενής .Το νερό αυτό χρησιμοποιούσαν για τις τουαλέτες αλλά και για τον λαχανόκηπο. Τέλη της δεκαετίας του ’50 η δεξαμενή χωρίστηκε σε δύο ισομεγέθεις θαλάμους με πέτρινο τοίχο, ώστε στον ένα να συλλέγεται από το επίπεδο δώμα βρόχινο νερό-πόσιμο- και στον άλλο η τροφοδοσία να γίνεται από το πηγάδι με υφάλμυρο ,για αποκλειστική χρήση χώρων υγιεινής και νεροχυτών των κελιών και της Μονής.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- A stone tank with a vaulted roof, outside the monastery enclosure at the Western end of the waterfront, with a capacity of 90 square meters. Initially, it was filled with salty water from a well, the mouth of which is located at the level of the waterfront, in the area of Tarsana. The pumping was done with an animal-powered pump that was at the level of the bottom of the tank. This water was used for the toilets and also for the vegetable garden. At the end of the 1950s, the tank was divided into two chambers of equal size with a stone wall, so that in one, rainwater - drinkable- was collected from the flat roof, and in the other, the supply was made from the well with salty water, for the exclusive use of sanitary facilities and sinks of the cells and the Monastery.
