ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Μονώροφο λιθόκτιστο κτίσμα με επικάλυψη δίρριχτη κεραμοσκεπή. Ήταν το πρώτο εργαστήριο του Ηλία Χάσκα , επονομαζόμενου «Συγγελί» μέχρι τα τέλη της δεκαετίας του ’40.
Όταν ο κάμπος του Γιαλού έπαψε να είναι ναυπηγική ζώνη ,μετέφερε το εργαστήριο του στο Πέδι, όπου μέχρι σήμερα δραστηριοποιείται στον ίδιο τομέα ο γιός του.
Κατασκεύαζε κυρίως βάρκες.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- Single-storey stone-built building covered with a pitched tiled roof. It was the first workshop of Ilias Haska, known as "Sygeli" until the end of the 40s.
When the flatland of Gialos ceased to be a shipbuilding zone, he moved his workshop to Pedi, where his son is still active in the same field.
He mainly built boats.
