ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Λιθόκτιστος ξυλόφουρνος στην αυλή σπιτιού, με το άνοιγμα –στόμιο στο Δημόσιο δρόμο ώστε να μπορούν και οι γείτονες να τον χρησιμοποιούν χωρίς να επιβαρύνουν με την παρουσία τους την ιδιωτικότητα της αυλής.
Η χρήση του ήταν επιβεβλημένη την εποχή που δεν υπήρχαν ακόμα επαγγελματικοί φούρνοι. Εδώ συγκεντρώνονταν οι γυναίκες της γειτονιάς για να ψήσουν τα ψωμιά τους κάθε Σάββατο, με συγκεκριμένη σειρά «το γυρί» όπως την αποκαλούσαν.
Χρησιμοποιούσαν συνήθως δικής τους παραγωγής άλευρα.
Την φωτιά την άναβαν με ξύλα και κλαδιά που συνέλεγαν από την γύρω περιοχή και από το βουνό. Το Πάσχα και παραμονές άλλων εορτών έψηναν τα κουλούρια τους, τις τούρτες (τυρόπιτες) και άλλα παραδοσιακά αρτοσκευάσματα.
Κατά τις πρόσφατες εργασίες επισκευής, ο φούρνος επιχρίστηκε με αποτέλεσμα να αλλοιωθεί η αρχική του μορφή.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- Stone-built wood-fired oven in the backyard, with the opening to the Public road so that the neighbors can also use it without burdening the privacy of the yard with their presence.
Its use was imperative at the time when there were still no professional ovens. This is where the women of the neighborhood gathered to bake their bread every Saturday, in a specific order "the gyri" as they called it.
They usually used their own flour.
The fire was lit with wood and branches collected from the surrounding area and from the mountain. At Easter and on the eve of other holidays, they baked their pastries, cakes (cheese pies) and other traditional pastries.
During the recent repair work, the oven was plastered over and its original form was altered.
