ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Μονόροφο λιθόκτιστο ,με δίρριχτη ξύλινη κεραμιδοσκεπή ορθογωνικής κάτοψης ανεξάρτητο κτίσμα ,εκτός περιβόλου Ι.Μ.Π. κοντά στα χωράφια με τις ελιές, και την μεγάλη δεξαμενή νερού. Για την κατασκευή του κτιρίου χρησιμοποιήθηκε αυλότοιχος με καμπύλα τόξα ,τα οποία μετασκευάστηκαν σε 3 μεγάλα τοξωτά παράθυρα. Τα μεγάλα ανοίγματα είναι ασύνηθες χαρακτηριστικό στα ελαιοτριβεία. Είναι το νεώτερο ελαιοτριβείο της μονής
Λόγω της κακής επεξεργασίας και κατά συνέπεια παραγωγής ελαιόλαδου κακής ποιότητας ,η λειτουργία σταμάτησε.
Η παραγωγή λαδιού γινόταν αποκλειστικά από τις ελιές του μοναστηριού και αφού κάλυπτε τις ανάγκες της Μονής ,την υπόλοιπη ποσότητα την διέθεταν προς πώληση.Σήμερα οι ελιές αποστέλλονται στα ελαιοτριβεια της Ρόδου.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- Single-storey stone-built, with two-striped wooden tile roof, rectangular floor plan, independent building, outside the premises of H.M.P. near the olive fields, and the large water tank. For the construction of the building, a hollow wall with curved arches was used, which were converted into 3 large arched windows. Large openings are an unusual feature in olive mills. It is the newest oil press of the monastery
Due to poor processing and consequently production of poor quality olive oil, the operation stopped.
Oil was produced exclusively from the olives of the monastery and after it covered the needs of the Monastery, the remaining quantity was available for sale. Today the olives are sent to the oil press of Rhodes.
