ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Μεμονωμένο πατητήρι κυκλικού σχήματος ,από τα πιο καλοδιατηρημένα που συναντά κανείς σήμερα στη Σύμη. Κτίσμα ξερολιθικό μονόχωρο με στενή, υπερυψωμένη σε σχέση με το φυσικό έδαφος ,πόρτα εισόδου. Και μικρά παράθυρα εξαερισμού . Σε επαφή με το έδαφος διακρίνεται ο ληνός.
Για δάπεδο έχει το φυσικό ,σχεδόν επίπεδο με κλίση προς τον ληνό, βράχο. Η οροφή είναι θόλος καλοκτισμένος με μεγάλες λεπτές πλάκες .
Η ύπαρξη του στην περιοχή μαρτυρά και την ύπαρξη ,σε προγενέστερους χρόνους ,αμπελοχωραφιών.
