ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- O ξυλόφουρνος βρίσκεται σε βοηθητικό κτίσμα φουρνόσπιτο της κατοικίας των βοσκών. Χρησιμοποιείται για το ψήσιμο φαγητών. Παλαιότερα φτιάχναν και ψωμί αλλά σήμερα όλο το χωριό προμηθεύεται το ψωμί από την Πάτμο. Ο χώρος που βρίσκεται ο ξυλόφουρνος χρησιμοποιείται και ως αποθηκευτικός χώρος και χώρος προσωρινής διαμονής ζώων.
