ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Το φουρνόσπιτο βρίσκεται σε ανεξάρτητο λιθόκτιστο κτίσμα, στον αύλειο χώρο της οικίας ΚαλαΪτζάκη στην οποία ανήκουν 350 στρέμματα περίπου. Στο εσωτερικό του βρίσκεται ξυλόφουρνος και παραστιά για το μαγείρεμα των φαγητών. Στο κτίσμα επίσης διέμεναν οι βοηθοί και οι εργάτες και γι’ αυτό υπάρχουν κρεβάτια. Χαρακτηριστική είναι η μορφή του ξυλόφουρνου με το ορθογώνιο στόμιο εισόδου και το χαμηλό εσωρράχιο.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- The furnace is located in an independent stone building, in the courtyard of the KalaItzakis house, which owns approximately 350 acres. Inside there is a wood-burning oven and a sideboard for cooking food. The helpers and workers also lived in the building and that is why there are beds. The shape of the wood-burning oven is characteristic, with the rectangular entrance opening and the low interior.
