ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Είναι γνωστός ως «Μύλος του Γαβαλά ή του Αραβή». Ανήκει στον τύπο Αιγαιοπελαγίτικου ανεμόμυλου (πυργόμυλος ξετροχάρης) με κατακόρυφη περιστροφή της φτερωτής και περιστρεφόμενη στέγη. Η διάμετρος της βάσης είναι 5.90μ. και η εσωτερική ακτίνα 1.85μ.
Παλαιότερα στη θέση αυτή, υπήρχαν τρεις μύλοι στη σειρά. Από προσωπική μαρτυρία του Παναγιώτη Παραδείση, κάτοικο Λειψών, ο σωζόμενος μύλος είναι ο μεσαίος. Μέχρι το 1952 περίπου, συνόδευε τον πατέρα του ο οποίος μετέφερε με μουλάρια σιτηρά για άλεσμα στο μύλο. Θυμάται εκείνη την εποχή και το βορειοδυτικό μύλο του οποίου την πέτρα μετέφεραν αγωγιάτες για άλλη χρήση.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- It is known as "Mill of Gavalas or Arabis". It belongs to the type of Aegean windmill (revolving tower mill) with a vertical rotation of the impeller and a rotating roof. The diameter of the base is 5.90 m. and the internal radius of 1.85m.
Formerly in this location, there were three mills in a row. According to the personal testimony of Panagiotis Paradeisis, a resident of Leipsi, the surviving mill is the middle one. Until about 1952, he accompanied his father who carried grain with mules for grinding at the mill. He also remembers at that time the northwest mill whose stone was transported by pipers for another use.
