ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Πρόκειται για ένα αλώνι στη περιοχή Καστέλι στη Σκάλα. το αλώνι είναι διαμέτρου 9,20 μ. και το δάπεδο είναι ανακατασκευασμένο και στρωμένο με τσιμεντοκονία. Λειτουργεί ακόμα και εξυπηρετεί τις ανάγκες της μάντρας που βρίσκεται στη περιοχή. Την καλλιέργεια της έκτασης και την χρήση του αλωνιού έχουν αναλάβει ο πατήρ Πολύκαρπος και μοναχός Νικόδημος. Έκτος από αλώνισμα με τον παραδοσιακό τρόπο γίνεται και λίχνισμα (καθάρισμα του σπόρου από τον φλοιό).

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- This is a threshing floor in the Kastelli area of Skala. the threshing floor is 9.20 m in diameter and the floor is reconstructed and laid with cement mortar. It even works and serves the needs of the paddock located in the area. The cultivation of the land and the use of the threshing floor have been undertaken by father Polykarpos and monk Nikodimos. Apart from threshing in the traditional way, there is also grinding (cleaning the seed from the husk).
