ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Πρόκειται για μια μονάδα παραγωγής τυροκομικών προϊόντων στην περιοχή Βρυσί.
Ο φέρον οργανισμός από τοιχοποιία δεν έχει υποστεί φθορά. Η στέγαση των χώρων, διατηρείται καθώς οι επιφάνειες από χώμα (πατελιά) έχουν αντικατασταθεί από μια στρώση μη οπλισμένου σκυροδέματος. Στους χώρους παραγωγής οι επιφάνειες, εσωτερικά και εξωτερικά, διατηρούν το αρχικό επίχρισμα. Στους χώρους της κατοικίας εσωτερικά τα επιχρίσματα έχουν αντικατασταθεί από πατητό σοβά. Τα κουφώματα είναι ξύλινα. Στους χώρους των ζώων οι ξηρολιθιές έχουν υποστεί αρκετές φθορές.
Το συγκρότημα λειτουργεί και μορφολογικά δεν έχει αλλοιωθεί σε μεγάλο βαθμό.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- This is a cheese production unit in the Vrysi region.
The bearing body made of masonry has not suffered damage. The housing of the spaces is preserved as the soil surfaces (patelia) have been replaced by a layer of unreinforced concrete. In the production areas, the surfaces, inside and outside, retain the original coating. In the interior areas of the residence, the coatings have been replaced by pressed plaster. The frames are wooden. In the animal areas, the dry stones have suffered a lot of damage.
The complex is functional and morphologically has not changed to a great extent.
