ΒΙΟΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΗ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ- Προβιομηχανική εγκατάσταση που οργανώθηκε έκτος του Κάστρου, την περίοδο 1830-1870, όταν εξαλείφθηκε η ανάγκη αμυντικής προφύλαξης του οικισμού. Το κτίσμα βρίσκεται σε μέτρια κατάσταση διατήρησης. Οργανώνεται σε ισόγειο λίθινο ημικυλινδρικό θολωτό χώρο, επιχρισμένο εσωτερικά, ο οποίος αποτελείται από κτιστή δεξαμενή συλλογής και τρείς λάκκους λαξευμένους σε χαμηλότερο επίπεδο (στον πυθμένα των οποιων κυλούσε ο μούστος). Πιθανά πρόκειται για χώρο κατοικίας, λόγω της τυπολογίας του χώρου, της δεξαμενής νέρου και της εστίας, που μετατραπεί σε πατητήρι.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITY- Pre-industrial facility that was organized outside the Castle, in the period 1830-1870, when the need for defensive protection of the settlement was eliminated. The building is in a moderate state of conservation. It is organized in a ground-floor stone semi-cylindrical vaulted space, plastered inside, which consists of a built collection tank and three pits carved at a lower level (at the bottom of which the must flowed). It is probably a residential area, due to the typology of the space, the water tank and the hearth, which is converted into a wine press.
