Επιστολή του Καρλ Μπλέγκεν προς τον Πητ ντε Γιονγκ, σε απάντηση της δικής του με ημερομηνία 9/12/1953. Του γράφει ότι τα σχέδια για την αποστολή του 1954 είναι ακόμη θολά, ωστόσο η ομάδα χρειάζεται τις υπηρεσίες του ντε Γιονγκ όχι μόνον για την απόδοση των τοιχογραφιών αλλά και για τη βελτίωση του σχεδίου του ανακτόρου.

Letter from Carl Blegen to Piet de Jong, in answer for his own letter dated 9/12/1953. He writes that the plans about the next excavation period (1954) were rather uncertain yet, however the team needed De Jong, not only for rendering the wall-paintings but also for improving the plan of the Palace.
