    "description" : "Η Yost No 4 που εμφανίστηκε το 1895, συνέχισε την παράδοση της Yost 1 σχετικά με τον ειδικό μηχανισμό τοποθέτησης και κίνησης των τυπογραφικών στοιχείων που εξασφάλιζε την πλήρη ευθυγράμμιση τους στο τελικό κείμενο. Είναι μια γραφομηχανή που τα τυπογραφικά στοιχεία κινούνται προς τα πάνω (upstrike) για να εκτυπώσουν τους αντίστοιχους χαρακτήρες στο κάτω μέρος του κυλίνδρου που φέρει το χαρτί. Είναι \"τυφλού συστήματος\" (blind writer), καθώς ο χειριστής δεν μπορεί να δει τι έχει γράψει. Η μηχανή έχει «πλήρες» πληκτρολόγιο (full keyboard)  με 78 χαρακτήρες τοποθετημένους σε 8 σειρές –υπάρχουν διαφορετικά πλήκτρα για τα κεφαλαία και για τα πεζά γράμματα.   ",
