      "@value" : "Το χωριό Κερασιά απέχει δύο χιλιόμετρα από τη Βλαχοκερασιά. Ο οικισμός έχει κηρυχτεί διατηρητέος. Τα σπίτια ακολουθούν τους παραδοσιακούς αρχιτεκτονικούς ρυθμούς. Είναι απλά και στιβαρά. Οι σιδηρές κατασκευές είναι έργο παραδοσιακών μαστόρων. Το χωριό φημίζεται για τις βρύσες του, έργα έμπειρων λαγκαδινών τεχνιτών που έγιναν με τις φροντίδες και τις δαπάνες των ομογενών Κερασιωτών. Η Δέση, η Θολωτή Κάτω Βρύση, η Μαρμαρένια Βρύση αποτελούν μοναδικά δείγματα παραδοσιακής τέχνης και τεχνολογίας μαζί. Στα 3 χιλιόμετρα από την Κερασιά ξεκινάει ο αναζωογονημένος δρυμός της Σκιρίτιδας. Μαύρα πεύκα, έλατα και η αρκαδική δρυς συναντώνται εδώ. Στην Κερασιά παράγεται η εξαιρετική  ποικιλία μήλων golden Πιλάφα. Είναι η πρώτη ποικιλία μήλων που δημιουργήθηκε και κατοχυρώθηκε στον ελληνικό χώρο."
