Το έργο του Paul Russo “Αλκιβιάδης», ένα γλυπτό μεικτής τεχνικής που χαρακτηρίζεται από την ευπλαστότητα και την ευθραυστότητα των υλικών κατασκευής μοιάζει ως πυκνή ύλη ριγμένη με αυθόρμητο τρόπο που μορφοποιεί ένα αφηρημένο σχήμα, μια στερεοποιημένη μάζα, η οποία με αυτόν το τρόπο καταγράφει άμεσα τη χειρονομιακή διαδικασία κατασκευής του. Ο τίτλος του έργου «Αλκιβιάδης» παραπέμπει στο ομώνυμο ιστορικό πρόσωπο της αρχαιότητας, τον Αθηναίο ρήτορα, πολιτικό και στρατηγό και την αμφίσημη προσωπικότητά του.

Paul Russo's work "Alcibiades", a mixed media sculpture characterized by the malleability and fragility of the materials of construction, looks like a dense material thrown in a spontaneous way that forms an abstract shape, a solidified mass, which in this way directly records the gestural process of its construction. The title of the work "Alcibiades" refers to the homonymous historical figure of antiquity, the Athenian orator, politician and general and his ambivalent personality.
