Στο έργο του «Χωρίς τίτλο» ο Μιλτιάδης Πεταλάς αναπτύσσει μια πολυεπίπεδη εικόνα στην οποία προσθέτει διάφορα στοιχεία που δημιουργούν ένα πολύπλοκο και σύνθετο αποτέλεσμα. Όπως και σε πολλά άλλα έργα του, έχει ως βάση του το μαύρο χρώμα, καθώς όπως ο ίδιος μαρτυρά χωρίς το μαύρο δεν μπορούν αφενός να υπάρξουν άλλα χρώματα, αλλά ταυτόχρονα πάνω στο μαύρο χρώμα μπορεί να δημιουργήσει αυτόφωτα σώματα, όπως ακριβώς στο σύμπαν όλα είναι μαύρα με κάποια λευκά στίγματα ή εκρήξεις. Εντάσσει στη σύνθεση πολλά στοιχεία της φύσης, καθώς ο φυσικός κόσμος και η επαφή με τη φύση αποτελεί σημαντική ανάγκη για τον ίδιο.

In his work "Untitled", Miltiadis Petalas develops a multi-layered image to which he adds various elements that create a complex and complicated result. As in many of his other works, he uses black as his basis, as he testifies that without black there can be no other colours on the one hand, but at the same time on black he can create self-luminous bodies, just as in the universe everything is black with some white spots or explosions. He incorporates many elements of nature into the composition, as the natural world and contact with nature is an important need for him.
