Ο Μανώλης Τζωρτζακάκης απεικονίζει μια σκηνή εξωτερικού χώρου, που όπως μαρτυρά και ο τίτλος του έργου πρόκειται για κήπο. Η ανδρική γυμνή μορφή, αυτοπροσωπογραφία του καλλιτέχνη, αποδίδεται με έμφαση στα ατομικά φυσιογνωμικά χαρακτηριστικά και ρεαλιστικές λεπτομέρειες, καθισμένη στο πλάι στην άκρη της σύνθεσης να κοιτά προς την απέναντι πλευρά, τα δέντρα, τα φυτά και τα ζώα, τα οποία αποδίδονται και αυτά με λεπτομέρειες.

Manolis Tzortzakakis depicts an outdoor scene, which, as the title of the work suggests, is a garden. The nude male figure, a self-portrait of the artist, is rendered with emphasis on individual physiognomic features and realistic details, sitting sideways at the edge of the composition looking towards the opposite side, the trees, plants and animals, which are also rendered in detail.
