Σε ένα σχέδιο όπου είναι έκδηλες οι επιρροές του κυβισμού η καλλιτέχνιδα απεικονίζει το θέμα στο κέντρο της ζωγραφικής επιφάνειας υπερτονίζοντας το με τις φωτοσκιάσεις που δημιουργεί στον περιβάλλοντα χώρο, θέλοντας να αποδώσει ανάλογα τον τόπο του μαρτυρίου.

Here, Alex Mylona engages with a religious theme, depicting the moment of the Crucifixion and the mourning of the Virgin Mary. In a drawing where the influences of Cubism are evident, the artist places the theme at the center of the painting surface, emphasizing it with the shading she creates in the surrounding space. This is done to convey the significance of the place of martyrdom.
