Ο J. Carrey έχει σχεδιάσει μόνον τoν μισό λίθο και με αυτόν τελειώνει την εικονογράφηση της βόρειας ζωφόρου. Στο μέσον του λίθου, του οποίου λείπει το άνω μέρος, πίσω από τα άλογα αρματοδρομίας ένας επόπτης (58) στραμμένος προς τα δεξιά με υψωμένο το αριστερό χέρι ανασηκώνει το ένα άκρο του ιματίου, που έχει γλιστρήσει από τους ώμους, ενώ το άλλο άκρο τυλίγεται στον δεξιό πήχη. Δεξιότερα σώζεται μικρό τμήμα του άρματος, ο δεξιός πήχης και το χέρι του ηνιόχου (59). (EL)
Carrey drew only half of this block and with this the drawing of the north frieze comes to an end. In the middle of the block, where the upper part of the stone is missing, a marshal (58) stands behind a team of chariot horses. He is turned toward the right and his left hand is raised to lift one end of his himation which has slipped from his shoulders. The other end is wrapped around his right forearm. To the right is preserved a small part of the chariot with the charioteer’s right forearm and hand (59). (EN)
