Η παράσταση περιλαμβάνει δύο ιππείς (8 & 9) εκ των οποίων ο πρώτος γέρνει προς τα πίσω το όμορφο, γεροδεμένο κορμί του στην προσπάθεια του να ελέγξει το άλογό του που καλπάζει. Η χλαμύδα που συγκρατείται με πόρπη πάνω στον δεξιό του ώμο αφήνει γυμνό το κορμί του και πέφτει στον αριστερό βραχίονα. Αντίθετα ο δεύτερος ιππέας (9) είναι τυλιγμένος καλά στη χλαμύδα του, αλλά ξυπόλυτος. Οι χαίτες και των δύο αλόγων είναι φλογόσχημες, όμοιες με των αλόγων των λίθων IV, V & XXXI, που μαρτυρούν ότι μάλλον κατασκευάστηκαν από τον ίδιο καλλιτέχνη. (EL)
The scene is made up of two horsemen (8 and 9), the first of which, with fine well built torso, leans back in an effort to rein in his galloping steed. His chlamys, held by a brooch on his right shoulder, falls over his left forearm leaving his body nude. Quite otherwise, the second horseman (9) is well wrapped in his chlamys, but he is barefoot. The manes of both horses are rendered in a flame-like pattern similar to those of the horses on blocks IV, V and XXXI, suggesting that they are all by the same sculptor. (EN)
