Επιτραπέζια τηλεφωνική συσκευή τετράγωνου σχήματος σε μεταλλική θήκη μαύρου χρώματος. Στην πρόσοψη υπάρχει ο δίσκος κλήσης γραμμών και στο επάνω μέρος το ακουστικό πάνω σε μεταλλική υποδοχή. Το ακουστικό είναι μπρούντζινο με επένδυση στη λαβή από βακελίτη και συνδέεται με τη συσκευή με υφασμάτινο καλώδιο μαύρου χρώματος.
