Το Οθωμανικό Διοικητήριο της πόλης, πρώην δικαστικό μέγαρο. Κατασκευάστηκε στα 1896 από τον χιώτη Καϊμακάμη της Καβάλας Εμίν Πασά. Αριστερά διακρίνεται η επιβλητική είσοδος του κτιρίου, καθώς και το κτίριο του ειρηνοδικείου. Στον εξώστη του κτιρίου ο πλωτάρχης Αντώνιος Κριεζής ανέγνωσε το διάγγελμα της προσάρτησης της Καβάλας στον εθνικό κορμό τον Ιούνιο του 1913.

The Ottoman Government House of the city, the former courthouse. Constructed in 1896 by Chiotis Kaimakam Kavala Emin Pasha. On the left stands the imposing entrance of the building, and the building of the District Court. In the balcony of the building the Lieutenant Antonios Kriezis read the proclamation of the annexation of Kavala on the national trunk in June 1913.
